Apply to Charter High Schools!

Now that the stress of finalizing your NYC public high school list is behind you, I want to share a revised version of my Brooklyn Charter High School List with you.

Why not increase your school options? You can apply to as many charter high schools as you like. The applications are quick to complete and totally free.

Some schools give priority to students who complete an application early, so I recommend applying as soon as possible.

Remember, just because you get IN to a charter school, doesn't mean you have to go there. It means you have more options once you receive your DOE match school in the spring.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Each lesson is 20 minutes long and will provide an opportunity for students to meet the subject teacher, learn a bit about the su bject and ask questions. Parents in attendance will remain in the Commons during this time for a parent-oriented presentation and Q&A session.  Parents and students will be reunited for a final wrap-up at the conclusion of the session.
